Chengzhi Yin is the associate dean and tenured associate professor at the School of Public Policy and Management, Tsinghua University (Tsinghua SPPM), China. His research interests focus on urban and regional planning as well as urban and rural governance. He is particularly interested in development regulation in urban and rural development, and urbanization in developing countries.
