Juliane Buba joined the IRS in January 2024 as a personal assistant to the director and supports the IRS in operational and strategic issues. She is responsible for organising the committees in accordance with the IRS statutes. Juliane Buba previously worked for over ten years as a consultant to the President of the Eberswalde University for Sustainable Development. In this role, she advised the university's management on strategic development, drew up concepts and project proposals, was responsible for staff and organised events.
Juliane Buba studied "Regional Development and Nature Conservation" (M.Sc.) at the HNE Eberswalde.
