Andreas Paßens

Andreas Paßens has been working as Art Director in the Research Management and Communication department of the IRS since March 2023. He is responsible for translating subjects of research and academic events into visual communication and he oversees its implementation in the Institute's print and web products.  The further development and application of the corporate design and the website of the IRS also fall within his scope of activities.

Andreas has worked as a lecturer and designer in Germany and the USA with a focus on corporate design and typography. He graduated from the University of Applied Sciences in Düsseldorf with a degree in visual communication design.
