General Assembly
The General Assembly decides on all fundamental issues of the institute. It sets the guidelines of the IRS’s activities and supervises the Management Board.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Review and approval of research programme and yearly reporting
- Decision on the yearly budget proposal
- Approval of annual financial statement and decision granting discharge to the Management Board
- Appointment of Director
- Appointment of the members of the Scientific Advisory Board
- Decision on changes in the institute’s statutes and on the liquidation of the institute
