Anika Posselius has held the position for Co-Creation and Networking in the Research Support and Communication office since January 2025. She is responsible for international formats such as the IRS International Spring Academy, the support and advancement of IRS networks in politics and civil society and the development of new transfer formats.
Before joining the IRS, she worked for many years in an NGO in various national and international projects, dealing with right-wing extremism and group-focused enmity in society. She was responsible for networking and the development and implementation of nationwide formats for specialist transfer.
Anika studied Cultural Studies (BA) and European Studies (MA) at the European University Viadrina, the AMU Poznań and the Universytet Wrocławski in Wrocław. Her studies focused on transformation processes, right-wing extremism and civil society.
