Veronika Stumpf

Since November 2022 Veronika Stumpf has been Head of Research Support and Communication. She joined the IRS in June 2022 as Executive Assistant to the Director. Prior to this, as chief of staff for a member of the Bundestag, she was responsible, among other things, for the strategic conception and implementation of press and public relations work. As a project coordinator at the German National Academy of Science and Engineering, Veronika Stumpf focused on questions of digitalisation, privacy and digital self-determination.

Veronika Stumpf studied European Studies in Passau, Brussels, Frankfurt (Oder) and Aarhus.
