Mit Mitteln der Alexander von Humboldt Stiftung wurde ein Habilitationsprojekt zum Thema "Gentrification and Public Policy in London, Berlin und St. Petersburg" durchgeführt. Die Habilitation wurde am 19.9.2018 mit einem öffentlichgen Vortrag an der HU Berlin abgeschlossen.
