Andreas Paßens has been working as Art Director in the Research Management and Communication department of the IRS since March 2023. He is responsible for translating subjects of research and academic events into visual communication and he oversees its implementation in the Institute's print and web products.  The further development and application of the corporate design and the website of the IRS also fall within his scope of activities.

Dorett Stolle joined the IRS in April 2023. As project assistant of the Research Area "Economy and Civil Society", she is involved in the preparation, implementation and execution of research projects as well as in the accompanying project management and monitoring.

Dr Christoph Sommer has been a research associate in the research area "Politics and Planning" at the IRS since January 2023. He is working as a postdoc in the DFG project "Arenas of Conflict: Planning and Participation in Plural Democracy".

Stefan Lindemann joined the IRS in November 2022 and is working in Research Support and International Affairs. He provides information about funding possibilities and supports the IRS researchers working on research proposals and projects. Furthermore, he is in charge of the IRS fellowship programme and involved in the organisation of IRS events.
