Work Council
The Works Council is the elected representative of the interests of the employees of the Leibniz-Institut für Raumbezogene Sozialforschung. It cooperates trustfully with the employer, to take care that the collectively agreed rights and obligations are kept and that interests will be balanced for the benefit of both employees and employer. Among the tasks of the works council there count, among others, internal agreements, contributing to employments and other staff procedures, continuous communication with the employer and the staff, and mediation in case of conflicts.
